This book is a collection of some of Scotland's favourite traditional recipes, as they used to be cooked and still are to this day. There's roast grouse, pâté, poached salmon and traditional Scottish cakes like the Dundee cake and butterscotch tart. All interspersed with some beautiful photographs of Scottish Highland scenery and wildlife.
