Hal?s street is flooded and the water is rising fast. But instead of getting in the rescue boat, Hal runs back into his flat to get a lucky dragon. While he is inside he hears a girl crying in the next flat and goes to save her. A helicopter rescues them from the roof.  Illustrated by Richard Peterson
