El compromiso con los derechos humanos es esencial por la pervivencia de una sociedad democrática. La motivación de esta obra colectiva es la defensa de la vigencia del marco internacional de los derechos humanos proporcionando una revisión integrada y sistemática. A tal fin, la primera parte hace una presentación de los diferentes marcos de protección de los derechos humanos con el objetivo de familiarizar al lector. La segunda se centra en la revisión del marco internacional de protección con respecto a ámbitos materiales concretos. Así, se ha seleccionado un conjunto heterogéneo de derechos, especialmente sensibles frente a las regresiones que se están viviendo mundialmente, que permiten mostrar cuál es el statu quo en el Estado español. [ENG:] Commitment to human rights is essential for the survival of a democratic society. The motivation behind this collective work is to defend the validity of the international human rights framework by providing an integrated and systematic review. To this end, the first part makes a presentation of the different frameworks for the protection of human rights with the aim of familiarizing the reader. The second focuses on the review of the international protection framework with respect to specific material areas. Thus, a heterogeneous set of rights has been selected, particularly sensitive to the regressions that are being experienced worldwide, which make it possible to show what the status quo is in the Spanish State.
