Tuning Latin America is a programme of collective debate and deliberation on higher education in Latin America, undertaken by over 200 members of the academic community using the vision and methodology of the Tuning Project. The project encompasses nineteen countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, ¿Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela) with a combined population of over 500 million and more than 15 million students in the university system.
