Once again Des Quail's amazing photograph collection forms the backbone of this wonderful history of three communities in Co. Down, featuring rarities such as Garvaghy Post Office, the Go-As-You-Please from Belfast to Lurgan of 1907 (an early and unsung Irish marathon race), Scout Officer training at Dromore, and the 'wardours' of Hillsborough Castle . . . and that's just four pictures out of 52.
