The fiesta de las paces (Celebration of Peace) reflects on peacebuilding from an interdisciplinary perspective and, more importantly, from non-institutional voices: indigenous, black, feminine, artistic, environmental and territorial perspectives. It is not only the absence of war, but opposition to any form of violence. The authors show that peace goes beyond the official and academic; civic and popular efforts and their different forms of expression in Colombia are rescued.
