Things hit much closer to home when a spell Tatsuya developed for the Nine School Competition years ago is tied to a brutal guerilla attack against GAA forces. These violent events only fan the flames of anti-magician sentiment, and it isn't long before rising tensions provoke a response, culminating in the announcement of the Dione Project, an ambitious plan to develop Venus with magic.
