The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators, and judgments of national courts. Among the cases reported in Volume 123 is the case concerning Fisheries Jurisdiction (Spain v. Canada). Also included here is the case of Bankovic and Others v. Belgium and 16 Other Contracting States, as well as 3 sovereign immunity decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (McElhinney v. Ireland; Al-Adsani v. United Kingdom; Fogarty v. United Kingdom).
