The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 125 includes decisions on the Kuwait Airways case, the Guantanamo Bay detainees and the judicial review regarding use of force against Iraq. It also includes the Israel Supreme Court decision on assigned residence as well as awards on investment protection under NAFTA.
