Published in 1998, this is an analysis of the impact in Hungary of environmental policy following the Convention of Long Range Trans-boundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP) of the Economic Commission of Europe. The book focuses on central research issues but also analyzes environmental institutions and policy in Hungary more generally.
