His publications include Crusading at the Edges of Europe. Denmark and Portugal c.1000?c.1250 (2017), and he is the editor of several volumes, such as Medieval Christianity in the North (2013) and Saints and Sainthood around the Baltic Sea (2018). Anthony John Lappin, DPhil, was previously Research Professor at Maynooth University, Ireland. He has published widely on the Iberian Middle Ages and the Golden Age, and is currently preparing his edition of the Alchoran latinus.
