Picnics by the river, drinking hot chocolates and learning to row a boat, Mole soon becomes a _true_ riverbanker like his friend, Ratty. By the river, Mole meets a rich and spend-crazy Toad who lands himself in trouble after buying a motorcar. In order to help Mr Toad, Mole must find Badger, but that will mean a trip to the forbidden Wild Wood ?
