This volume, Advances in Cognitive Science: Learning, Evolution, and Social Action, contains the list of invited and contributed papers presented at the International Workshop on Cognitive Science held in Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain, February 10-12, 2010. We resume the organization of international research meetings on Cognitive Science, under the new name: ILCLI IWCogSc-10 (formerly ICCS). These papers constitute a rich example of the work made in Cognitive Science and its neiboughring areas.
