The textbook is aimed at students who are learning Russian as a foreign language at the initial stage. The estimated starting level is at least pre-A1 (40+ hours of learning Russian). The manual includes all traditional conversational topics (self-talk, family, work, my day, etc.). The lexical and grammatical level slightly exceeds the requirements of the TRKI for A1 level, which allows the teacher not to look for additional material for more prepared students. At the A1/A2 level, students can repeat and systematize the studied material, activate vocabulary, introduce vocabulary and constructions into speech within the framework of the proposed topics. The manual can be used in spoken Russian language courses as a basic manual or as an addition to any A1/A1+ textbook in secondary and higher educational institutions.
