End of the Line is a satirical novel about endings and beginnings, in which a septuagenarian asexual, a careworn prostitute, a floundering eco-consultant and his architect partner think they have reached the end of the line. Each could remain stuck there, or risk what they have, to set out on the next leg of an uplifting emotional journey.
