It gives a recount on the context and the precedents that this topic has nowadays, in relation to university quality and how this is qualified globally. The cases described in this book are the ones from the universities of France, The United States of America and England, where the main point is to examine and reflect the dynamics of change that are expected in institutions that adopt a certain incentive model for academic quality.
