The main task of the manual is to present in an accessible form the necessary minimum information about the nature, population, economy, culture, history, social organization of Russia, as well as the norms and stereotypes of behavior in Russian society. The target audience of the course - students of preparatory faculties, school students with Russian language level B1.The course includes 27 country topics, each of which consists of a text, presented in the form of questions and answers, and a dictionary (vocabulary that may cause difficulties in understanding is translated into ten languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Armenian and Uzbek).
